Fruit filling for dry baked goods
Darbo’s fruit filling for dry baked goods boasts a low level of water activity. Compared to conventional fruit fillings, this one does not dry out much in biscuits and small pastries and stays fresh and juicy. The fruit filling also gives the baked goods a nice, fruity flavour.
